GETTING STARTED

We're an industrial coating applicator based in Mound House, Nevada. We apply Teflon™ coatings, thermally cured solid film lubricants, and high-performance industrial coatings to metal parts to prevent galling, reduce friction, improve corrosion resistance, and extend component life.

We work directly with Everlube Products and Fluorogistx (Fluorogistx Teflon™) — meaning the coatings we apply are factory-spec, not knockoffs.

Oil & gas, automotive racing, mining, and general industrial OEMs. We work with everything from one-off prototypes for engineering teams up to recurring high-volume production runs.

If you make metal parts that need to slide, thread, seal, or survive — we probably have a coating for it.

Yes. For qualified prospects, we coat up to 10 sample parts at no charge so you can verify the result in your application before committing to production. Ship us the parts, we coat them, ship them back.

SERVICES & CAPABILITIES

We have no hard minimum. We've coated single prototype parts and runs of 50,000+. Smaller runs incur a per-batch setup cost which we'll disclose upfront in the quote so there are no surprises.

Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days from receipt of parts. Expedited and rush service is available — we've turned around critical jobs in 24–48 hours when downtime costs were at stake. Tell us your deadline and we'll work the schedule.

Stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, titanium, brass, bronze, beryllium copper, Inconel, hardened tool steels — essentially any common engineering metal. We can also coat some plastics and composites depending on the coating system and cure temperature.

Geometry-wise: from M2 fasteners up to parts roughly the size of a passenger door.

We work to MIL-PRF-46010, MIL-L-46147, AS5272, and other industry lubricant specifications. Our process documentation supports full traceability and we can provide certificates of conformance with shipment.

COATING SELECTION

PTFE (Teflon™) excels at low friction in dry sliding contact, chemical resistance, and stick-slip prevention — ideal for stainless threaded fasteners, valves, and food/pharma equipment. Service temp ~500°F.

MoS₂ (molybdenum disulfide) handles much higher loads and extreme temperatures (to ~750°F dry, higher in vacuum). It's the choice for heavily loaded bearings, fasteners under high preload, and precision mechanisms.

Both are "dry" coatings — no oil or grease. Teflon™ (PTFE) is a fluoropolymer with naturally low friction; it's the right answer for stick-slip and chemical resistance. Solid film lubricants are thermally cured systems that bond MoS₂, graphite, or PTFE particles into a resin matrix on the part — they handle higher loads and tougher environments than PTFE alone.

All our coatings add thickness. Typical ranges: solid film lubricants 0.0002"–0.0008" (0.005–0.02 mm), Teflon™ coatings 0.0005"–0.002" (0.013–0.05 mm) depending on system. Tell us your tolerance requirements when you quote — we'll spec a coating system that lands inside your envelope.

Depends on the coating. PTFE-based systems: up to ~500°F. MoS₂ systems (Lube-Lok, Everlube 620C): ~750°F continuous in air, higher in inert atmosphere. Specialty high-temp coatings: up to 1500°F. We can also coat for cryogenic service down to –320°F.

Three factors: part size and complexity (surface area, geometry, masking required), coating system (some materials cost more than others), and volume (per-piece price drops sharply with quantity). We quote piece price plus any one-time setup. No hidden fees.

Yes. We routinely ship finished parts to Canada, Mexico, and overseas. We can ship via your preferred carrier on your account, or quote shipping in.

We work directly with Everlube Products and Fluorogistx Teflon™ — the most stringent qualification for these coating systems. We operate to applicable MIL-spec process requirements and provide certificates of conformance on request.
